Delivery timelines provided by DISTAULO Distribution are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon delivery. Any concerns, discrepancies, missing items, or quality-related issues must be reported as soon as possible after delivery. Failure to report issues within a reasonable timeframe may result in the order being deemed accepted.

  1. Returns, Credits & Claims

Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce and food products, returns and credits are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

DISTAULO Distribution reserves the right to:

  • request photos or documentation for claims
  • determine whether a credit, replacement, or adjustment may be issued
  • refuse returns for products that were improperly stored, handled, or used after delivery
